Frequently asked

The bits people often ask.

What types of projects do you take on?

We make original live entertainment for difficult places. Cruise ship productions, underwater performance and film, theatrical shows for non-traditional venues, festivals and experiential commissions. Anywhere the technical brief is part of the creative challenge.

What does your design process look like?

Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation to align on vision, environment and what success looks like. From there we move into concept development with mood boards, storyboards and original content design, then technical scoping, casting and collaborator assembly, rehearsal and delivery. We work in close, iterative loops with you throughout.

What's a typical project timeline?

It depends on scope. Mid-size theatrical pieces typically run 8 to 12 weeks. Cruise installations and specialist underwater work take 4 to 6 months from brief to opening night. Larger productions with custom sound and visual design can extend further. We agree milestones at the start so you always know what's next.

How do you charge for projects?

Each project is priced on its complexity and scope. A base fee covers core creative and production, with adjustments for specialist build, crew, travel and ongoing support. We share the structure up front before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

What happens after the project is complete?

Most commissions include an aftercare window for tweaks, performer cover and content updates. For longer engagements we offer ongoing maintenance, revival support and one-off sessions for troubleshooting or enhancements. Billed as a retainer or per session, whichever suits your needs.
